This 90-minute autumnal tour combines Henry Mercer’s love of Gothic literature with the spellbinding architecture of Fonthill Castle. Guests explore the castle’s passageways while learning about the books that Henry Mercer loved to collect!

Please note: This physically strenuous tour involves dark passageways, very steep stairs and narrow, uneven paths. This tour is not appropriate for those with mobility issues, those who have trouble navigating stairs, those who cannot stand for long periods of time, or those with concerns about small spaces/claustrophobia. This tour is only available for those 14 and over.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your ticket is good only for the specific tour time you select. Late arrivals may join their tour in progress, or repurchase tickets for a later tour (based on availability).
